- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My brother was released to come home from the hospital after a 37 day stay, only to wait 30 minutes and then be refused service because he posted a negative comment about the lack of previous service he had when they wouldn't fill his prescriptions unless he had all of the prescriptions filled there. I will never use this pharmacy after the way my brother has been treated. It's really a good thing my mother waited and not me. I would have let everyone know what poor customer service they have.They need to go by the Kroger pharmacy and learn what good customer service and relations is. I've never had an issue at any Kroger location. I am a Key Account Customer Service Rep and I would never think to treat my customers this way.
